FBA is great, but sometimes you need control. FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) puts the power back in your hands.
1. When to Use FBM
- Oversized Items: FBA fees for huge items are killer.
- Stockouts: Use FBM as a backup when FBA runs out of inventory.
- Hazmat: If Amazon won't touch it, you have to ship it yourself.
2. Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)
The holy grail. You get the Prime badge, but YOU ship the item. Requirements are strict (99% on-time delivery), but it saves you FBA fees.
