1. The Plan of Action (POA)

The only way back is a perfect POA. It must have 3 parts:

  • Root Cause: Admit fault. Do not blame Amazon.
  • Immediate Corrective Action: What you did RIGHT NOW to fix it.
  • Preventative Measures: What system you installed to ensure it never happens again.

2. Don't Use Templates

Amazon's bots can detect generic templates. You must write a custom appeal referencing specific ASINs.
